Residential Services
Please call us at 701-572-9773 at least one full business day before your normal residential trash pickup day and we’ll let you know what options are available and if there will be an additional fee.
If you are going on vacation for more than a month, call and we will temporarily suspend your residential trash collection service.
If weather-related service delays occur, updates will be posted throughout our website.
Residential Trash Customers are billed at the beginning of each quarter in January, April, July and October, and payment is due by the 20th of the same month.

The drivers will pull the containers out of the enclosure, empty them and put them back. The area must be accessible and free of snow and ice.

Roll Off Dumpster Rental
No. The two landfills we use, Williston City Landfill and the McKenzie County Landfill, do not accept special wastes.
